Lithium Nickel Manganese Cobalt cathode Battery - Li(NiMnCo)O2 brings together the high energy density of LiCo2 and the rate capability of LiMn2O4 to create a cell with moderate energy density and good power delivery. The reduction in Cobalt also helps reduce cost and improves safety.
