Two-dimensional (2D)
Material Supply slit
Forming ion diffusion channels that enable the rapid movement of lithium and other ions.
However, the electronic conductivity, the number of insertion Horizon points and the stability during the extended cycle are of great significance for the construction
Performance energy storage equipment.
While individual 2D materials, such as graphene, show some of the required properties, none of them are able to provide all the features required to maximize energy density, power density, and cycle life.
Here, we believe that stacking different 2D materials into a structure of a heterogeneous structure opens up an opportunity to build an electrode that will combine the advantages of a single building block while eliminating the associated disadvantages
We discuss the properties of common 2D materials and provide examples of 2D heterogeneous structure electrodes that show new phenomena that lead to excellent electrical properties.
We also considered the electrode manufacturing method and finally outlined the steps to create 2D heterogeneous structure electrodes in the future that can greatly expand the current energy storage technology.
