"The dazzling white light makes the evening walk not as pleasant as before.
"There are many reasons why local municipalities make changes.
The new light consumes half the energy of the traditional light, and lasts two to four times as long as the traditional light.
They are expected to save about $2.
5 million per year because of low maintenance and power costs.
But the new light is different from the old high light.
