Last week I received a request from a reader to explain the difference between mixed gasoline
Electric and plug
Mixed gasoline-
Electricity and their comparative advantages and disadvantages.
My initial instinct was to deny it as something most people understood.
But there are a few misconceptions when I ask a few people.
Some people think "plug"
Electric cars are themselves.
This is the case of another hypothetical person. and oneself -know things.
So, to put it simply, a kind of gasoline
Hybrid cars have engines, batteries and motors that drive the car together in a variety of ways.
Sometimes it's just electric elements (batteries/motors) that are working (especially in urban traffic where hybrid systems are running well), and sometimes batches have an impact to varying degrees.
The battery is continuously charged by means of regenerative braking, engine power supply, etc. A 'plug-
In hybri', in addition to the addition of an element of a larger battery pack, it can be charged from the outside (home sockets, etc. ) or on the road like a normal hybrid.
This means that you can drive a certain number of kilometers with pure power, usually about 30 kilometers.
In other words, the engine didn't do anything, so you saved a lot of fuel.
Technically, many people can commute by electricity, just using the engine occasionally.
In this case, the input of the engine is usually reserved for long trips. Plug-
Ins benefit from serious financial offers worth € 7,500 (VRT refunds and SEAI grants) because they can be plugged in and charged independently of the engine, depending on official determinants, to cover a specific (relatively small) range.
The average hybrid won 1,500 euros in government concessions.
I think some people buy plugs.
Ins do not need to charge from home or office for price reasons.
This negates the whole idea.
It will be interesting to see what happens to the next budget.
Hope this primary stage
Through is some help.
The new DS 7 Crossback (pictured above) will be launched here to the media in early February.
Automakers usually do their best to keep the look and identity of an upcoming new car from a public perspective.
But the public did not seem to be pushed too tightly.
