The project was approved by President Pratibha Patil to develop rural population in collaboration with BMC Technology and Hanul technology.
At a press conference in the city on Saturday, Lord Amir battia, vice president of the India800 Foundation, said, "We had a meeting with the Indian president.
We will install innovative solar LED lighting systems in these villages developed by Pune
Based on Hanul technology, more than 60% of electricity can be saved.
This is bound to change the lives of communities that still do not have access to basic infrastructure.
He said that the system has been installed in the village of sakuro in sangamna Taruka, in the area of AI hamnagar.
More projects will be carried out in the Amravati and Ahmednagar regions of Maharashtra.

Tarun Sharma said, "in this regard, we have begun to donate solar LED lighting systems to 23 households near Sangamner taluka, Ahmednagar district, each with these lights, street lamps were also installed.
"India800 will also work to improve women and girls in these villages.
"We will provide sewing machines for these women and training in the production of shopping bags, computer covers, pillowcases and cooking aprons.
These products will be sold in a large network of 6,000 employees of BMC Software itself . "
