Best-seller writer James Patterson investigates former New England Patriots player Alan herndez at the all-
American Murder: The Rise and Fall of Alan Hernández, the superstar's life ended in the murderer's quarrel.
Patterson reported his investigation in a "48-hour" special.
"The characters you want are interesting in many different ways," James Patterson said in Chapter 75, having passed 9 in the morning of February 25, 2014 and Aaron in the cell of the Special Management Unit.

"I'm like that truck," he said . ""Tough.
I was born for this sh. -.
"Now Aaron is starting to prove how strong he is.
At that time, he left the unlocked cell and approached the correctional officer Kevin Sousa, who was escorting a prisoner with his foot shack down the stairs.
According to Susa, there was a smile on her face.
Susa is still very skeptical.
He ordered Hernan to return to his cell.
But herndez refused the order and hit the face of the tied prisoner.
Another correctional officer called it a blue code.
Two COs restrained Hernandez, and he turned to the prisoner he had beaten and said, "Go ahead and open your mouth now!
"At the end of the scuffle, little Brom and the company, the prisoner herndez punched and explained that once before, herndez passed his cell and said," Why are you looking at me?
"I am a fan of patriots," said the prisoner . "
According to him, beef is just a "typical prison"-.
"I do not want to make a charge against herndez and you will never let me testify," the prisoner told COs . ".
He hit his elbow and hit his head. (
"I can give two sh--
"This is about a lump and a bruises," the prisoner said . ". )
But he is proud of the last sentence.
When they were separated, he told Hernan: "You're a bitch . ".
"I look pretty good. --your girl.
Herndez was subsequently charged with assault and for two consecutive weeks
Solitary confinement.
Sheriff Hodgson was surprised in public.
He said: "We are very worried about protecting him. We never thought that he would become an aggressor. . .
"Hodgson has learned very well about Hernan DERs in private and knows how much trouble he has.
Within a few weeks of arriving at the prison, Hernández was taken to the hall to conduct a routine search of his cell.
He was upset to watch the police check his letters.
"You are not allowed to read my legal mail," Aaron shouted . ".
Hernández was told to step back three times.
After the search, the police asked herndez to have a piece of paper in his hand.
They saw Aaron writing on it: "The mob.
Herndez told them that the acronym means "money wins over a bitch ".
The police officer told him that in prison, the "mob" refers to "members of the blood race ".
"Herndez was angered.
"What if I don't give this back to you? " he asked. "What the f---
Are you all going to do that?
The police told Hernan that he would receive a disciplinary report.
"I don't give f---
"There is no disciplinary report," he replied . ".
"I ate my mother ----er.
"In the end, Aaron did get the report --
To the surprise of the officers, he did eat.
After police chief Hodgson found out, he went to see herndez in his cell.
Hodgson would say, "I walked through the door and I looked at him and left, 'I was so disappointed with you.
I can't believe you acted like this.
"Well, that's bullsh--
Aaron replied, "I'm sorry.
"They're turning over my stuff!
"Sorry," said the sheriff.
"Why are you yelling at me?
Am I yelling at you?
What I see now is not Alan Hernández, who I know.
Aaron calmed down.
He has become respectful of the sheriff and has even trusted him to some extent.
Several times, these people talk about their lives, their beliefs, and the lessons taught by their father.
But while Hodgson was talking to pep, his staff had to take disciplinary action against Hernández.
On one occasion, after Aaron was placed in disciplinary detention, he managed to send a care package from the prison's canteen: cake, breakfast bar and 24 honey buns.
"I'm smart, man," Aaron told Major James Lancaster the next day when the correctional officer asked him about the delivery.
"I know you're coming to buy these things this morning.
When Lancaster told Hernan that he was not allowed to order during his detention, Hernan said, "I know.
That's why I ate as much food as I could before you came in.
Major Lancaster finally confiscated four honey buns.
According to his words, herndez ate another twenty and kept the wrapping paper to show the police officers in case they accused him of passing honey bread to other prisoners.
"Can I have the last four honey buns? " Aaron asked. "No. ""Why?
Said Hernan.
"I'm so hungry!
"Other violations are far more serious.
A month after the Neurontin test was positive, Hernandez was quoted for having a device that showed his allegiance to the blood.
Five weeks later, when a correctional officer refused to give him extra food, Aaron called the officer a "scared bitch" and said that when he went out, he will kill the police and kill his family.
"After stating this, it appears that the prisoner herndez made a sound that sounded like a machine gun," the police officer wrote in his report . ".
"I didn't say I would kill him or his family," herndez said in defense of himself.
"I said if I saw COs playing hard in jail, out of jail, I would hit sh--out of them.
"Several disciplinary reports describe the fight between Aaron and other prisoners, as well as the situation in which he was found to carry a simple tattoo gun, or the" fishing line "made of torn sheets and toothpaste ", the prisoner used to pass notes.
"He keeps kicking his cell door and screaming at the top of his lungs," Corrections Officer Joshua Pacheco wrote in a report. "when he wants something, sometimes no matter how small it is
Hernández often kicked his cell door until a police officer approached his cell just to inquire about the officer's current situation, which was funny to him, causing a disruption of normal operation within the unit.
"All in all, during his 10-month stay at the Bristol County prison isolation unit, herndez has accumulated 120 days in solitary confinement.
He seemed to have a special contempt for officer Pacheco.
Once, while Aaron was working out, he told the police officer that he had a strange dream: Thanks to the disciplinary report that Pacheco had given him, Aaron had dreamed, the upcoming visit to her daughter will be canceled.
"But," Aaron told the police officer, "the dream changed the position.
You and your family are on holiday and I am chasing you.
"As herndez said this, he glared at Pacheco.
The only weapon that Pacheco has disposed of is a can of Langya sticks.
When Aaron says "The dream is over" and then comes back to his workout, he is thinking of reaching out to get it.
Pacheco said the incident posed a threat to his family.
Aaron denied this and explained, "it's just a dream . ".
"It's not a threat, it's a matter of taking things out of context.
Herndez received a verbal warning.
But a month later, on July, he ran again --With Pacheco.
Lunch for special management is packed in foam containers.
The stench of gray food inside spread to every corner of the unit.
On July 5, it was Officer Pacheco's turn to deliver.
As herndez saw the police approaching, he shouted, "I need to be your father and show you how to be a man!
Show you how to make your ball drop!
I don't know the Army created the little boy, not the man!
As Pacheco left, herndez shouted again, "I don't have any dreams for you . "
During a conversation with Sheriff Hodgson in herndez, the identity of the father and the image of the father often appear.
"My father used to use a word with my twelve siblings," the sheriff recalled . ".
"He used to say, 'always remember that God wrote straight with curved lines.
"What does this mean ? "
Asked herndez.
"There are things that happen and you don't know why or how, but they happen.
Have you read the Bible? ""I used to.
My coach in Florida used to expose me to the Bible.
"Do you think it's useful ? """Yeah, I did.
"Well, you have a Bible in your cell.
You go back there, I want you to read it, talk to your father, and think about the crooked lines I told you.
"I can't talk to my father," herndez said . ".
"If you don't, then you won't be able to access everything he taught you.
"I have only been to my father's grave once.
"This is what you have to do," said the sheriff . ".
"You put up an emotional wall because you were very hurt by losing your father.
All the classes he taught you were on the other side of that wall.
The only way you can push the wall down is to talk to him.
"I don't know if I can do that.
"Okay," said the sheriff, and left it there.
But when he saw Aaron again, he brought it up again.
"I did not speak to my father," said Aaron . ".
"But I did read the Bible.
The weirdest thing happened: I randomly opened it and it was all about me.
"Do you remember the crooked lines I told you?
Said the sheriff.
"Open the book randomly and find something about yourself, which I'm talking about.
"One More Time, herndez told Hodgson that he was crying when he read the Bible.
"My father told me not to cry in front of another person," said Aaron . ". "Really?
Why did he tell you? ""I don't know.
My father cried everything.
He cried so ugly.
"When will your father cry ? "
"At my football match.
Because you lost? ""No.
Even if we win
"Do you know why this is ? """No.
"That's because your father is sitting there watching you and is very proud of what a great player you are.
"Aaron's father died at the age of thirteen," Hodgson explained . ".
"I said to him, 'How sad it is that your father is sitting there, not only thinking how proud he is, but also thinking that his father can't watch you play there.
That's what your father cried.
He didn't tell you not to cry in real life.
He told you not to cry on the football field.
Aaron seems to have accepted it all.
He told the sheriff that he felt changed.
Even Shayanna said on the phone how calm he looked and how good he was to her.
'Maybe the sheriff has something to do with it, 'said Aaron.
But TL Singleton is dead.
Tanya singhton was charged with conspiracy to murder after the event.
Carlos Ortiz and Ernest Wallace have been charged with accessories after the murder of Odin Lloyd. (
Prosecutors then raised the charges to murder. )
It was not until after Aaron's trial that their trial began.
Shayanna Jenkins was charged with perjury-
Prosecutors accused her of being in her twenties.
Aaron's grand jury said nine times.
The prosecutor would say that Jenkins lied about other things: her conversation with Hernández about the murder of Odin Lloyd;
Her conversation with Wallace after the murder;
The number of guns she saw at home;
Take the items from her house;
And whether she has threatened to expel women who cleaned her home after the murder. (
The prosecutor finally waived the charges based on Shayanna's testimony during Aaron's trial. )
Oscar Pablo herndez was also indicted for lying to Aaron's grand jury.
The family of Odin Lloyd filed a wrong death lawsuit against Alan Hernández.
The same was done by the families of Daniel de ableau and safero futado.
Alexander Bradley is still continuing to file a civil lawsuit against Allen, who had a spat at a nightclub in Hartford called Vevo Lounge Bar & Grill.
Shots were fired outside the club.
Bradley's leg was hit three times, but he managed to find his car, picked up his own gun and fired ten to twelve bullets at the club.
On May 15, 2014, Aaron Hernandez himself was charged with two counts of first-degree murder, three counts of armed assault with intent to murder, and one count of assault and assault using dangerous weapons --
The investigation into two murders in Boston led to charges.
A month later, on Friday, June 20, counsel for Hernández filed a motion to transfer Aaron to a prison closer to Boston.
"In order for Hernan to receive effective access and assistance from constitutional-guaranteed lawyers in both cases, he needs to be held in a facility that doesn't require his lawyer to drive from two hours to three to four hours --
"Every time they need to meet him, they go on a trip," the lawyers argue . ".
But there is more to this bill.
The bill also contains several electronic items.
An email between Sheriff Hodgson and the prosecutor.
Lawyers say the cooperation between DAs and the sheriff has reached an unprecedented level.
Hodgson "gave up his role as a professional jailer and actively accepted him as a full role --
"They use every opportunity to talk openly about his most famous prisoner and participate in" self-protection, "the lawyers claim"
All kinds of imaginable propaganda and almost uninterrupted propaganda. " (
Sheriff Hodgson denied all of these allegations and said publicly speaking about the valuable object lessons that Hernan des provided for Aaron's fans. )
According to lawyers, Hodgson's actions poisoned a potential jury.
In addition, they believe that Aaron's life is in danger in Bristol County.
Because the correctional staff in the prison gave the impression that Aaron threatened Joshua Pacheco's life, his safety could no longer be guaranteed. (
The impression was wrong, the lawyer claimed.
Four days ago, Aaron was summoned for assault on prisoners and threats against Pacheco. )
Sheriff Hodgson scoffed at the idea of anyone in prison retaliating against Hernan.
"I have a very professional staff," he told TMZ . ".
"They understand that they are dealing with a high
Ensure his safety and the safety of other prisoners.
However, the lawyer's motion was approved on July 7.
Two days later, Hernández was transferred to the Suffolk County prison in Boston, where he will have a quiet time. Free for six months.
Then, on January 8, 2015, herndez was sent back to Bristol County prison where he will continue his trial for the murder of Odin Lloyd. ALL-
