As a client of NStar Green, I am certainly interested in the NStar article that decided to raise the NStar Green rate (

I have to tell you honestly that Thomas May claims that given the very poor efforts of NStar in promoting the project, it is ridiculous that he thinks NStar Green will do better.
Proper marketing of NStar Green needs to emphasize that the basic products NStar now produces are destroying the Earth's environment.
I can understand that NStar may not want to make this talk, but unless it does, there is no reason to be surprised by the modest participation of NStar Green.
