Anyone with an iPhone 6 or later can immediately get a replacement battery for $29
A month earlier than Apple originally planned to start offering discounted alternatives.
The company confirmed early listing on Saturday.
"We expect more time to prepare, but we are happy to offer our customers a lower price immediately.
"The initial supply of some replacement batteries may be limited," an Apple spokesman said in a statement . ".
Last week, it was discovered that Apple deliberately slowed down the old iphone.
The company confirmed that in order to prevent the battery from suddenly turning off, its performance is slowing down at certain peak times.
The company said the power management feature quietly launched in the iOS update last year was only necessary for lithium-ion battery aging phones.

The step-by-step guide for backing up iPhones was upset that the company didn't tell them about the feature and many thought it was an attempt to get people to upgrade to an updated iPhone model.
Some are already suing Apple for the status of class action.
In a letter to customers on Thursday, Apple apologized for the slow communication and denied that it was trying to force the upgrade.
To make up for that, Apple said it would offer cheaper replacement batteries and develop new iOS features to give users more information about battery status.

Apple initially said that the battery will receive a $50 discount from the end of January.
Only by the end of 2018 will there be lower prices.
A year ago, power management updates were first introduced for iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6 S Plus and iPhone SE.
Apple later added it to the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus.
