Logitech Wireless Boombox portable speakers are impressive.Currently I work in the room service department of the resort. So I kept walking around the room.I am looking for some rechargeable portable speakers that are affordable, easy to carry and sound great. After doing a lot of research, I decided to buy the wireless Boombox stereo speakers. Not only am I surprised by how loud these bad boys are, but also by the awesome sound quality! The suggested retail price of these speakers is $149, reaching the best value for money for every dollar. You can usually find these speakers on Amazon for about $120!While there must be better portable speakers on the market for $300 and more, I'm sure you'll be very happy with these speakers. These speakers are easily the best in the price range, sound 90%, twice the price of the speaker. This represents the great value of the money spent.8 custom speakers-Two 1/2 nd tweeters, two 3 lasers-Tuning nd inBuilt-in nickel-Metal hydrogen ions, NMH, rechargeable batteries with a battery life of up to 6 hours.3.The 5mm (1/8 \ ") secondary connection allows you to connect to any device with headphone output.20 watts of awesome sound when plugged in, 6 watts when running on the battery when going out.Includes 6 feet power cables for charging and home use of the built-in NMH battery.Power status -When the battery is fully charged, the LED battery life battery will remain.Power status -When plugged into the AC power supply, the solid color indicates that the Boombox is on and fully charged.A slow blink of an eye can let you know that the battery is charging. No lights indicate the device is off.LED Bluetooth indicator.Solid indicates that the Bluetooth device is connected.Slow flashing means the wireless Boombox is ready to connect.A quick flash indicates that the Boombox is in discoverable mode and ready to pair.Off means you are using 3.5mm auxiliary connection, Bluetooth off.Logitech Boombox has two models to choose from. There is the wireless version which I purchased and I am looking at it here and have a built in modelIn the dock of the iPad, iPhone and iPod touch. The main difference between the two models is that the S715i has a dock for the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch, with a suitcase and a remote control, but does not include Bluetooth wireless. The battery life of the S715i is 8 hours. The wireless Boombox provides Bluetooth wireless using the A2DP profile, but there is no remote control or suitcase, and the battery life is 6 hours.I'm assuming the battery life is reduced by 2 hours in the case of using Bluetooth, which is a bit like power consumption. When I don't use Bluetooth, I seem to get 6 hours of battery life over the manufacturer's offer. The S715i is currently priced at $87.99 on Amazon.Wireless Boombox currently sells for $129 on Amazon.Amazon's product details section doesn't mention at all how many watts the S715i pump out, and it clearly shows that the wireless Boombox outputs 6 watts on battery power and outputs when plugged in.Considering that the cost of the wireless Boombox is much higher, I tend to think that it also sounds louder than the S715i.But since I don't have both models, I can't be sure about this. So, please buy the s7151 if you use Apple products.Otherwise, grab the wireless Boombox and use Bluetooth or 3.The 5mm auxiliary cable delivers your music to the Boombox.Personally, I don't like Apple products, so I chose the wireless Boombox version. My wireless Boombox experience.I was a little disappointed because the wireless version didn't have a chassis, so I took the speakers with me with my motorcycle helment bag.I usually plug my LG Optimus Android phone into these awesome speakers through 3.Auxiliary cable including 5mm.Rock at work and at home.PowerAMP has all the features I might want.I particularly like the 10 band EQ, which allows me to adjust the sound and make my music sound as good as possible on these speakers. The $4 PowerAMP is well worth it.Cost of 99 and have a free fully functional 5 day trial version so you can give it a spin! The first wireless Boombox I purchased had a loose 3.5mm auxiliary connector. So every time the cable is loose, my music stops playing and automatically switches to Bluetooth mode, which is what the device is designed to do when you unplug the aux cable.Because I kept moving these portable speakers when I was in one room at the hotel, which was unacceptable to me.Another problem with the first speaker that Amazon shipped to me was that the Bluetooth audio quality was really bad.So I called Amazon and it was easy to send out the RMA so I could return the defective speakers for replacement. In the meantime, Amazon shipped me replacement speakers without charging me for replacement speakers. All I have to do is return the defective speaker within 30 days to avoid the second speaker being charged later. They even paid for the return shipping. So, while I'm a little disappointed that the speakers they sent me were defective, it happens sometimes...Amazon makes their communication very easy.Big props for Amazon's 30-day return policy. The replacement speakers I received soon did not have any defects. It's time to rock!I can't say how good the price of these speakers is.I can put these speakers in the front lobby of the hotel where I work and walk 3/4 along the sides and it's easy to hear these bad boys. Each wing has 12 rooms and 6 rooms on each side of the corridor. There are 48 rooms in the hotel, 24 rooms on each floor. These are hotel rooms of moderate size with 2 queen beds.Of course, I was just working and getting them all the way up when the place had no occupants. These speakers will easily fill a small to medium size room with a clear audio advantage. They even sent out impressive bass for their small size. While they don't hit windows or anything considering their size and cost, they do have quite a big bass.A negative aspect of these speakers is that they are designed to lower the bass and overall volume output while running on the battery. This is naturally meant to extend battery life.On the battery they send out a very large volume of 6 watts.Plug in and you can get 20 watts of power. While it sounds great that they run on the battery, it sounds better to plug in the power supply. It would be great if Logitech provided a switch to disable battery saving mode. But in my opinion, this is just another small problem.Another drawback of these portable speakers is that they don't have any handles. But due to the curved shape of the box, it is easy to grab the top of the Speaker to move them.I really want a volume indicator for this unit.Because there is no way to see clearly how loud you are.Digital reading or some LED will be great. The only other negative aspect I can think of is that compared to using Bluetooth, my music doesn't sound like a good auxiliary cable when using battery power to wirelessly transfer music.I suspect that the Bluetooth A2DP does not have enough bandwidth to fully transfer the data of my MP3 320 kbps.Since my LG Android phone and these speakers are the only Bluetooth devices in my music, I don't have anything else to compare Bluetooth quality.I did read reviews from other reviewers who said the Bluetooth quality of these speakers was great.I would say that the sound quality is clear and just lacks the full audio fidelity I'm used.Just like anything in life, there is a trade-off between plugging in the music device directly through the auxiliary cable and using Bluetooth mode. One sounds better and the other lets you walk around the room and control your music. The housing is made of high-quality plastic that looks strong and durable. The front of the speaker is covered with a nice metal grille.Logitech has produced some stylish portable speakers here. While I haven't really timed the time I 've come up and down from the battery, I know I can play those hours at about 6 hours a day at 8 hours of work to get close to full volume. In the case of a medium quantity, I'm sure you will get 6-easily-Enjoy more than 8 hours of music. The most important thing for me is the sound quality and the volume of the portable speaker. The highlight of these speakers is here. For families, offices, or parks, these speakers are loud enough to enjoy your music. In terms of sound quality, the mid-range and treble frequency response is perfect for my ears.If you turn them all the time on certain songs, it is possible to induce some distortion in the bass.If you use PowerAMP then it's easy to adjust the EQ until the sound is perfect again. All in all, these are some great battery powered speakers that sound great, stylish in design, probably the best speakers, at least in my opinion you can get them for $150 --The price range is $300 in terms of quality. All my colleagues who hear these speakers always comment on how good the sound quality is and how loud they are about their size.I have had several Logitech products over the years and I like the quality of their products. When I buy computer accessories and speakers, I always buy it if there is a Logitech brand.I'm trying to give you a real review here about Logitech Wireless Boombox battery powered portable speakers that highlight pro and con.Like anything in life, these speakers are not perfect. For me, if I let it do it again, any minor issues I find will not change my mind about this purchase. As a matter of fact, I 'd love to buy a second pair, with Y-Two times the sound of Jack!I really like my music, but it has to sound good first before anything else.If I hear any distortion, it will soon ruin my experience. If you find this product review helpful, I would appreciate it if you could share it online with your friends on Twitter, Facebook or anywhere.Thank you!If you own or have heard of these speakers in person, please honestly rate them through the star module.I gave these speakers 4 out of 5 star ratings. If they bring a suitcase and remote control or the Bluetooth quality keeps up with my high quality MP3 then it's easy for me to get 5 stars.5 stars is a perfect product in my opinion.4 stars is a great product.3 stars is just an ordinary product.2 stars is a bad or seriously defective product.1 star is a completely horrible product.Anthony Goodley©Anthony Goodley 2012
