Trolleys have been used to bypass the golf course since 1951.
The owners of many golf carts have begun to use carts to move around their communities, jobs and land.
As the golf course increases
Car owners are increasingly looking to install entertainment equipment such as radios or CD players.
The installation can be done by ordinary people in one day without having to install additional battery packs in the cart.
Buy a radio console adapter for your golf cart to provide a pre-formed area for your CD player so you don't have to cut into the body of the golf cart.
Unscrew the factory mounting bolts, remove the drink and center console and replace it with a new console.
Connect the ground wire from the stereo unit to the bolt on the golf cart frame.
When installing a CD player in a golf cart, one of the biggest dangers is that the components cannot be properly grounded.
Make sure your ground wire is tightly attached to the frame Bolt before proceeding.
Connect two red wires to the positive end of the terminal battery in the cart battery pack.
Connect one to the memory hot wire on the radio and cover the connection with tape.
Run the second hot lead to the on/off switch and proceed to the main power cord on the radio.
Keep the switch in the off position.
This will be the switch to use when you want to listen to the radio.
Install stereo speakers using bolts-
Connected to golf cart speakers.
Then run the positive and negative poles from the CD player to each speaker.
Your CD player will provide two separate sets of leads for both speakers.
Install the CD player and on/off switch in the new golf cart dashboard.
Then switch the on/off switch to the on position and test the CD player.
