The invisible fence keeps your pet close to home and gives an electric shock when the pet tries to cross the underground wire in a special collar.
After installing the invisible fence, there are several reasons why you might want to disconnect it.
You may move to a new home or have decided to expand the range of fences that you can't see.
Some pets are not very happy with the stealth fence system and you may have to find a new way to keep your pet in your yard.
For whatever reason, you need to disconnect the invisible fence before you take action.
Essentially, this is the exact opposite step of installing the contact fence, removing the contact fence collar from your pet and turning it off via a switch on the side.
Find the radio launch case.
Disconnect the radio transmitter box from the power outlet.
If you also have an optional battery backup system, you may also want to remove the battery from the radio transmitter box.
The two wires lead from both sides of the invisible fence to the radio launch chassis.
Remove each fence wire from the transmitter Jack.
Unscrew the radio launch case from the wall.
Dig carefully along the perimeter and unload the invisible fence wiring.
Be careful not to cut or cut the line, especially if you want to reuse it.
Avoid winding the wire and store it where it will not be damaged before it is ready to be used again.
Re-fill the surrounding area you dug out.
