Hydropower, solar and wind solutions for home power users may be the answer to getting most energy consumers to produce their own free electricity, while their current consumption patterns have barely changed.
I don't believe in the only way to be green or end your electricity bill is to end the lifestyle we are used to, but I believe the way we use energy will improve.
As I can see, one of the main reasons for the savings is to reduce the cost of installing the power production system in the first place.
