Centrica buys 20% of British Energy-
The UK utility center has increased its investment in nuclear power by acquiring a 20% stake in French power company British Energy.
Centrica has benefited a lot from this discount deal by paying 6% less than EDF paid earlier this year.
In an incidental transaction, Centrica sold a 51% stake in its Belgian utility to French electric power. [
