Our understanding of the emotional system today is still in the dark. This and people's understanding of the solar system is based on the belief that the Sun rotates around the Earth, because it certainly appears like this --The opposite is true, however. The problem is, as long as we believe that the sun goes around the Earth, we can only go far in the solar system. We find the same situation today in the emotional system.Society believes that our emotions are the result of what we experience in the environment.Essentially: something happened outside of me, which made me feel my way. This belief, of course, is the way it appears, just the opposite of the way it really works. To know the proof of this, remember the scientific experiment in which you connect both ends of the wire to the terminals of the dry battery. When the charge flows through the wire, the electricityA magnetic field is generated around the wire. The pattern of iron filings proves this. The nature of any object with a magnetic field around it is to attract another object with a similar magnetic field around it at a certain distance of space. When we embrace an emotional feeling, what happens to us is that it is first received by our brain and converted into electric energy charges (fluid conduction around our brain) it flows through the central nervous system and affects our body.We often feel the "charge" associated with emotional experiences in our bodies ".When this happens, a magnetic field is created around our body, which attracts another of us who has the same magnetic field around the body, created by the same emotional feelings in their heartsFor example, if we see the woman who drowned two children angrily, we will meet a person and maybe she will express their anger to us while driving. We might think, "What did I do to make it worth it?” Now we know. The feeling of emotion is really the first, it leads to the corresponding conditions and then happens in our environment!Because the society's understanding of this relationship is backward, we have not made much progress in the emotional field.Let's face it. Although this era reflects the great progress of science and technology, the feelings of men and women are still plagued by darkness.Believing that something or someone makes us feel like this will lead to the concept of harm.See ourselves as victims, and put our responsibility for the feelings of people or things other than ourselves on ourselves. The real problem with this view is that if we are not responsible for creating our feelings, we cannot change those feelings and create new and different feelings. This dilemma we face has created a considerable struggle in our lives. While we may struggle with the outside in different circumstances and situations, the emotional feelings associated with it are always the same ---Frustration, resentment, anger, etc., etc., etc. It's as if we're stuck in quicksand and in trouble, and we know that the only way to get out of it is to struggle. We find that the harder we try to get out, the deeper we get...It is reactive in nature. In other words, we did it before we realized we had done it.Since we don't like it, we get frustrated by doing it again. This will only feed and increase the intensity of what we don't like, so that it will become a stronger force within us, forcing us to do more next time. Then we were more disappointed with ourselves.-Inject more energy into it so that it will become stronger next time ...... The harder we try to get out, the deeper we get.State a simple rule: there is an opposite relationship between solving a problem and understanding it.Understanding how the emotional system works now allows problems to be solved effortlessly.Living in this world today is like amnesia, because we have forgotten who we are and how we came here.Once again we know who we are and understand the process we are stuck in here, we can reverse it.This is the sacred right that we are born.Copyright 1999, Gail
