It's more fun to hang mountain bikes.

The miles are amazing. Let's make one.
We will use the BBSHD motor system from Bafang.
This guy will provide up to 1700 W service at 58 VThis, which is by no means exhaustive, but quite comprehensive.
The first thing we need to do is make sure our bike frame is available for BBSHD.
There are many different types of bottom brackets on MTBs, but BBSHD is designed for standard px threaded items.
It has three different lengths depending on the width of the bottom bracket;
68mm, 100mm, 120mm.
The 68mm item is good for the bottom bracket with a width of up to 73mm.
If you don't have a standard poselin threaded bottom bracket then there's hope.
This excellent blog post browses the bottom bracket type and BBSHD in the authorization cycle, much more detailed than what this article needs.
Measure the bottom bracket of the bike to see how wide it is.
From the picture above you can see that there are 68mm items in this framework.
We can go.
BBSHD has a large secondary gear housing with a diameter of 136mm.
We need to make sure there is enough clearance between the bottom bracket and the chain to accommodate this.
The first picture here shows a deceleration device on a bike that has a very wide chain ring but a narrow bottom bracket.
The second picture illustrates where you should measure in order to ensure the right fit.
In the example bike, BBSHD will not flush with the bottom bracket without polluting the chain ring.
On a hard tail bike, it's not so much a problem as saying that we can use a few spacers to get it docked with the frame. On a full-
It is a big problem to hang the bike because we need to make the chain ring move.
If you have a wide chain ring, but there is a narrow bottom bracket, you have several options and there are some trade-offs for each. 1 -
Buy bigger BBSHD and use the shims-
On the surface this seems to be the best option, but as the crank gear gets farther away from the frame, you may find that your chain line is unacceptable and prevents the use of several of your gears2 -
Adjust your frame with angle grinder-
This may be an option if you only need an additional license of
