They say their first impression is final, which is why Aston Martin wants to make a bold statement when it comes to the first electric vehicle (EV)–the Rapide E.
Rapide E is the first
Aston Martin's electric production vehicle was developed in partnership with Williams Advanced Engineering.
The British carmaker limited the production of Rapide E to 155 units.
It will be built at a new plant in Aston Martin, Wales, UK, which is also seen as an electrified center for the brand.

Speaking of which, Rapide E expects a maximum speed of 250 kilometers, which can range from 0 to 97 kilometers in about four seconds.
Aston Martin added that Rapide E has an electric range target of more than 322 km kilometers.
Aston Martin Rapide E will be put into production from next year and will be delivered on 2019.
