German-based marine engineering announced Wednesday morning a new partnership with German MAN Diesel & Turbo.
The agreement will give MAN Diesel & Turbo a 40 stake in Aspin Kemp.
Headquartered in Montagu, Aspin Kemp is the main employer on the island, with approximately 125 workers.
MAN employs 14,500 people on more than 100 sites around the world.
